UPDATES

Apparently we are not that great at updating this! We've all had projects going on around the house!
Greg- now has a garage that is nearing completion. He has spent LOTS of time working on it and getting it done before we have snow! We still need to work on getting the ceiling done so that we can have garage doors.

Chels- has landscaped around the front and sides of the house with new pavers, rocks, and plants!

Charley- is rolling, being vocal, and playing like crazy and growing like a weed!

With having some recent car troubles I took it upon myself/greg to sell our grand am...well as it turns out it sold before we had a replacement! So we then spent the next week with one car and spent lots of time looking for a truck that pleased both of us! So after months or looking online and around dealerships(we had been looking before the car troubles) we finally found the perfect truck! We are now the proud owners of a 2005 Ford F-250.
I will add pictures of everything talked about as soon as I have Charley down for naptime!

I'm going to try to update a lot more than I have been! Greg went back to nights today, so it's just Charley and me at night now! I think we will get use to it but it's not going to be fun for a while! We got to have some visitors ( grandma fehling, sharon, bill, milan, sherrie, and ashley) yesterday! We really enjoyed having them! The garage is coming along nicely! Plam is to pour concrete this weekend! We are ready for it to be done! Charley is getting big fast! We go for his 4 month check-up on the 16th! Can't believe it has been 4 months already! He has now had peas and sweet potatoes and he loves sweet potatoes. He almost ate a whole container of them at once! He is going to have green beans tonight! We'll see how it goes! I starting landscaping the front of the house and it is coming along kind of slow but is looking good! Usually get to spend a few hours once its cooled off and shady out on it! Charley just lays on his blanket and I work! Will update soon!

Where has the time gone?

Obviously we have NOT updated in AWHILE! As you know we have been kind of busy! We have fenced in the back yard, put a deck on the back of the house and are starting to build a garage! We finnally joined the 20th century and bought a flat screen tv as we needed more room for baby stuff! Oh thats right we had a baby since we updated last! Charles Randel Johnson born May 16th 2010 at 5:51 pm. Charley weighed in at 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. Charley is going to be 3 months old next week! Its amazing how fast time goes and how big he is getting! He likes to laugh and talk and play in his jumperoo. He got in the pool for the first time and LOVED it! Will post pictures and videos soon! We will try update way more often! Love to all!

How time flies

Wow I guess time sure does fly! Apparently we have not updated this for a little while! We are almost in the 3rd trimester with baby J( 24 1/2 weeks). We had our ultrasound about a month ago. The doctor says everything looks right on track with what it should be. We did not find out what we are having though so sorry if anyone was waiting to find out! Guess we'll all have to wait till Baby J decides to make its arrival! Greg got the living room done we did some painting and he did some trim work and a few other things! We finally got our new furniture last week and are really enjoying it. Although I think the pugs are enjoying it more! On another note we are going to be flying to California on Friday to spend a week with Cheryl and Jim! We are SUPER excited and sure that they will have a fun time planned! We gave them a few things we wanted to do while there and are letting them plan the rest! Last trip before Baby J gets here I guess! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the weather and staying safe in it!

hey all! As some of you might know we are planning a trip to california! we decided we wanted to go on a last vacation before Baby J comes along. we're going to stay at aunt cheryl and uncle jim's house in tustin ca. we've given them some ideas of what we want to do and are kinda leaving it up to them (i think/hope) to coordinate all of it. on a different note chelsey(baby J) is at 19 weeks already! and seems like just overnight got a baby bump! we go to the doc on friday at 2 for an ultra-sound. not sure what this'll do for us as we're not going to find out what it is but doctor says its time for one! I'm just starting on trimming the last two windows and adding a little bit of sheet-rock on a wall in the living room to even a wall out, this will be the last room in the house to get work done in it, and i'm happy to say i'm leaving the plaster on the walls- no mess(or less mess)! we'll try harder to keep you posted on the baby stuff as we get more news!
